The Process
From First Enquiry to Final Tile
Initial Enquiry
Every project begins with a conversation. Simply send us a few photographs of the area along with some basic measurements. Whether you're considering a porcelain patio, raised terrace, rooftop garden, outdoor kitchen, or a complete garden transformation, we're here to help guide you through the possibilities.
What We'll Need
Discovery Call & Indicative Costs
Once we've reviewed your photographs and measurements, we'll arrange a discovery call. This is where we get to know your project in more detail and discuss how the iGarden system can help achieve your goals. Together we'll discuss your vision, site access, existing levels, material preferences, design features, and budget expectations. Following the call, we'll provide an indicative cost range.

Site Survey & Digital Design
When you're ready to proceed, we'll carry out a detailed site survey. Using advanced measuring and digital scanning technology, we create an accurate representation of your outdoor space. Our survey covers existing levels, drainage & services, threshold heights, access requirements, structural considerations, and design opportunities. Our survey fee covers travel, site measurements, and digital scanning and is fully refundable should you proceed.

Design & Proposal
Using the survey data, we create a bespoke design tailored to your property and lifestyle. This stage transforms ideas into a clear, buildable proposal. Your proposal may include layout plans, porcelain/composite/stone finishes, raised terraces, steps & level changes, lighting design, planters, balustrades, outdoor kitchens, and water features. You'll receive a detailed proposal and final project cost before making any commitment to proceed.

Once approved, a deposit secures your installation slot.
Manufacture & Preparation
Unlike traditional landscaping projects, much of the preparation takes place before we arrive on site. Your iFrame structure is manufactured, materials are ordered, and logistics are carefully planned to ensure a smooth installation process. Engineering before installation: every detail is considered before installation begins.
Installation
This is where your vision becomes reality. Our installation team constructs and levels the steel iFrame system before installing the chosen surface finish and integrated features. Compared to traditional construction methods, the process is often significantly cleaner, faster, and less disruptive. Many projects can even be completed where there is no side access, with materials transported through the property when required.
